SA BIKER LADIES STRUT THEIR ‘GEARS’ IN THE TANK GIRLS CALENDAR 2009

Come meet the biker chicks at the launch of the new Tank Girls Calendar 2009. These are the ggggghot ladies of 2009, showing SA that it’s not necessarily PMS that drives us mad! The launch will take place on 13 December 2008 at the Primi Plus in Centurion.

This year’s Tank Girls calendar has been shot by photographers; Louré, Hannelie, Justin Massyn & Chantal Madgwick. Each photographer adding their own flavour to the girls. The ladies will WOW you with their wit & character – they don’t even have helmet hair!!!

The calendar consists of twelve beauties draped over their own bikes & a little on the (flip) side about each chicken. A selection of unique shots highlight the beauty, power & ‘guts’ of each girl & will certainly encourage more two-wheeled commuting in & around South Africa.

The idea of making a calendar dedicated to South African lady riders was to promote more people to start commuting & also to show the general SA road users that not all two-wheelers are big, burly, bearded, monsters trying to ride OVER you. Some are dainty ladies, trying to get home to kids – waiting for mommy’s ‘kook kos’!
